#Juneathon Day 2

My second post for Juneathon 2014 and I have to say it's better than yesterday's! First of all I went for my toughest 10 km training run since my injury in January:

So a very successful run as I managed:
  1. to run up my nemesis hill for the first time
  2. run 30 minutes non stop for the first times since January
  3. get some impressive times (for me) on my first 5 km

Having run back a one way route I had no car so had to walk to work! This added quite a few kilometres to my total movement for the day:

So let's hope that the rest of the month goes as well...
